Complex Project Co-ordination
Client: International Demolition Company

Project Co-ordinator during the explosive demolition of four residential tower blocks. This necessitated large scale evacuation, involving more than 1,200 residents from 400 properties.
Appropriate measures for the residents’ welfare during the operation had to be implemented, included transportation, temporary accommodation and entertainment. Special arrangements for vulnerable groups such as the elderly and infirm were put in place to ensure minimal inconvenience and anxiety.
Close liaison and planning were an essential factor in ensuring the day was an operational success.

We were tasked with carrying out a review of a company’s personnel systems, entailing comprehensive evaluation of personnel files to ensure compliance with current legislation, in particular the revised Equal Opportunity laws.
Following consultation with all employees, subsequent revisions to their contracts of employment were circulated, in line with current statutory requirements.
Structured appraisal procedures were introduced, to provide the opportunity for managers to better analyze staff performance thereby supporting employee training and personal development. |
